Nowadays,lifelong learning is the theoretical basis and practice object of the education reform for many countries in the world.With different realities of themselves,Germany Japan United States and Britain implement different education policies of lifelong learning.The study of the education policies and implementation strategies over lifelong learning set down by the four countries is of meaningful reference for China's development in this field.
