Abstract
The development techniques and applications of the virtual instrument for noise measurement analysis on CY6140 engine lathe based upon NI LabVIEW 7 full development platform are briefly discussed. The research results show that because it is easily implemented, the software is flexibile and measuring efficiency is high, virtual instrument will certainly be well suitable for more and more complex research test work in the future.
