Study on Correlations of Performance Appraisal with Management Effectiveness in Contagious Hospital

Objective: To investigate the effect of performance quality appraisal in the infectious hospital management.Methods: Since 2011,we actively carried out the performance appraisal system,set up performance evaluation management team and performance evaluation management system and earnestly implemented it.Results: Since the performance appraisal system was implemented,the level of medical services of our hospital has been improved steadily,so has the capacity of the staff in the hospital.Conclusion: The perfor-mance appraisal system is conducive to the overall hospital level,and infectious hospital need to formulate their performance appraisal system in line with their own development.
