The Evolution of the Political Work System in Zhu De and Mao Zedong's Red Army: from Sanwan to Gutian and Ruijin

The political work system of Zhu De and Mao Zedong's Red Army was primarily created in Sanwan,formed in Gutian and completed in Ruijin. The whole set of this system was not formed in one step; on contrary,it was a historical process of continuous development and improvement. The setup and mechanism of Party's leadership over army was built and Work Outline for Party Representatives was formulated in period of struggle in Jinggangshan; foundation of ideological party building and political army buildingwas laid in Gutian Meeting,prescribing basic tasks of Red Army's political work; and in national political work meeting of Red Army held in Ruijin,the famous argument that the political work is life line of Red Armywas brought forward. In Ruijin period,the political work system of Red Army was basically matured.
