Abstract
Objective To discuss the situation of astigmatism diopter,astigmatism axis in preschool children.Methods 3~6 years old children were chosen,using 1% atropine and then optometry.Results Most of the astigmatism diopters were between 0-2.00 DC,accounted 78.36% in all children.Shun gage occurred 89.11% in children with astigmatism;invers gage astigmatism occurred in 10.31% in children with astigmatism;inclinding shaft astigmatism occurred in 0.58% in children with astigmatism.Invers gage astigmatism occurred in 83.01% between 0.25-2.00 DC.Oblique astigmatism occurred in 100.00% between 0.25-2.00 DC.Conclusion In the preschool children,most of the astigmatism diopter is small.Most of the astigmatism axis is shun gage.Invers gage astigmatism and Inclinde shaft astigmatism occurred little.
