Abstract

In the view of social philosophy,people's existing is imperfect.Life perfecting is altering through learning,for learning can organize and promote brain.It is just in the learning society,omnipresent education promotes people's all-round development.The realization of lifelong learning is not only simply to answer for social demand,but also based on the demand of lifelong perfecting.
