Lifelong learning is a mechanism facilitating individuals to flexibly make use of the modern techniques,opportunities,and accesses to meet their social demand for education.Lifelong learning,symbolic of new progress of civilization,signifies the substantial transitions in education and society.And the lifelong learning mechanism helps build up the learning society,for the sake of a healthy and prosperous nation.
