The Analysis of Inventory Management in the Environment of Supply Chain

With the development of supply chain management,people began to seek to minimize the total cost of supply chain and maximize service levels of customers.In this context,connotation of inventory management has changed dramatically,requirements of enterprises from the traditional focus only on its own inventory management to the entire supply chain inventory control,so as to achieve the inventory control model of the highest realm in the environment of supply chain——implementation of seamless connection between supply chain enterprises,eliminating the high inventory phenomenon.Firstly,this paper summarized the inventory management and characteristics of inventory management in the environment of supply chain;then,based on analysis of problems of inventory management in the environment of supply chain,further analysis to optimize inventory management method.
