Abstract

Some basic concepts and theories on supply chain management and inventory cost are stated and the key to the control of an enterprise's inventory cost under the background of supply chain.Then,strategies from MRP inventory control,JIT inventory control,VMI inventory control and Joint inventory management inventory control are analyzed.
