Abstract
Response surface methodology(RSM) was applied to optimize the 6#solvent oil extraction of flaxseed oil, The effects of liquid/material ratio、reaction temperature、reaction time、soaking time were studied. The relation between factors and flaxseed oil yield was fitted by means of multiple quadratic regression equation. The optimal extraction conditions were:liquid/material ratio of 1:16g/mL、reaction temperature of 90℃ 、reaction time of 6h、soaking time of 38h. Compared with supercritical CO2extraction, this method greatly reduce production costs while oil yield increased0.5%
