Abstract

The purpose of this research is to optimize the processing conditions of supercritical carbon dioxide extraction of flaxseed oil and discuss the impact of the temperature and time to its storage.Response surface methodology(RSM) was used for establishing the model of a second order quadratic equation for the extraction rate of flaxseed oil by supercritical CO2 extraction form flaxseed as the raw material. The effects of the key factors such as extraction temperature, pressure and time on the extraction were investigated based on the results of the single-factor experiment. Then the effects of temperature and time on the autooxidation of flaxseed oil was studied by Schaal experiment. The results showed that the optimum extraction conditions were as follows: extraction temperature 46.3 ℃,extraction pressure 31.5 MPa,extraction time 80 min.Under such conditions, the oil yield was41.24%.The results showed that the oxidation of the flaxseed oil was affected remarkably by temperature and time, and the effect of temperature was greater than that of time.
