Abstract
Korean economic development has slowed down since 1990s. One important reason is that the structural adjustment of industry could not keep up with the economic development. Currently, new structural adjustment of industry is right under way in R. O. Korea and the adjustment has made some achievement. Therefore, it is of great benefit for Chinese to study and learn from the success and failure of the structural adjustment of industry in R. O. Korea.
