Abstract
Korea carried out non-balance strategies for regional development and reaching-overriding industrial structure adjustment policy when its economy had just begun to grow. The government stuck to the development of economics, setting up a powerful policy-adjustment system, which made Korea a rich and prosperous country. This type of model is changed and adjusted by the Korean government according to the changes both at home and abroad. This article wants to give people some indications through the penetration of the developmental process of Korea's regional and industrial policies.
