Abstract

Objective To investigate the clinical value analysis of high sensitive C-reactive protein on rheumatoid arthritis.Methods Eighty cases patients with rheumatoid arthritis received treatment in our hospital were divided into active stage group and non-active stage group with 30 cases in each group.The high sensitive C-reactive protein and erythrocyte sedimentation rate of active stage group,non-active stage group and 50 cases of control group was compared.Results The high sensitive C-reactive protein and erythrocyte sedimentation rate of rheumatoid arthritis active stage group was much higher than that of control group,with a significant difference between the two groups(P0.01).The high sensitive C-reactive protein and erythrocyte sedimentation rate of rheumatoid arthritis active stage group was much higher than that of non-active stage group,with a significant difference between the two groups(P0.01).Conclusion The high sensitive C-reactive protein can reflect the disease of rheumatoid arthritis patients and is closely related to activity.
