Abstract

At one time around Sino Japanese war of 1894-1895,Zhang Zhidong as an important official of government in the last years of Qing Dynasty had shown his diplomatic inclination as Japanophile.Upon the authors opinion,there were diversified causes that facilitated Zhang Zhidongs diplomatic inclination as Japanophile.As exemplified by the author,the positive role played by those Japanese public figures who started construction might be an important cause.
