Abstract
Clinical practice is a key step in the medical education system. It is a new topics for teachers to how culturing new medical professionals with modern medical knowledge and using advanced science and medical technology for patients. They think that correcting the attitude of teaching,improving cultural training,strengthening the overall quality of clinical interns,using two-way mechanism to strengthen the evaluation of teaching in the teacher’s awareness of teaching can cultivate higher practical medical talent.
