Abstract

The Third Plenary Session of the 18th National Congress of the CPC Central Committee has fully and concretely deepened the location of ecological civilization for the development of China,which has substantially opened a new era of ecological civilization action. The system design of ecological civilization at The Third Plenary Session of the 18th National Congress of the CPC Central Committee has given clearer mission and broader space to Guizhou in the construction of the first area of ecological civilization. Guizhou should take this opportunity to promote the system construction of ecological civilization comprehensively and accurately so as to provide a strong system to guarantee the construction of the first area of ecological civilization.
