Abstract
Objective To investigate and improve the early diagnosis of primary gastrointestinal malignant lymphoma. Methods The clinical data of 48 patients with primary gastrointestinal malignant lymphoma which were subsequently confirmed by pathology were retrospectively studied. Results The main clinical presentations of the gastrointestinal malignant lymphoma included abdominal pain, gastrointestinal bleeding, loss of weight, abdominal mass and fever. The gold standard primary to the disease of clinical diagnostic was still the pathological biopsy. The diagnosis rate of endoscopic biopsy was 46.8%.Angiographic,B ultrasound and CT were used as supplementary diagnostic significance. Conclusion It is difficult to have early diagnosis primary gastrointestinal malignant lymphoma. In order to clear the diagnosis,we should take the diseased tissue for pathological examination to confirm the diagnosis.
