Clinical analysis on the primary gastrointestinal malignant lymphoma

Abstract

Objective To promote the clinical efficiency in diagnosing primary gastrointestinal malignant lymphoma.Methods The clinical feature of 16 cases of primary gastrointestinal malignant lymphoma from 1990 to 2007 were analyzed retrospectively.Results The main clinical presentation of primary gastrointestinal malignant lymphoma included abdominal pain,nausea,vomiting,belch,anorexia,and loss of weight.The roentgenoscopy and endoscopy were the prime examination.The definite diagnosis was made depending on the biopsy.Conclusion The clinical presentation of primary gastrointestinal malignant lymphoma were same as other gastrointestinal diseases.The biopsy should be taken to making the definite diagnosis in suspected cases.
