The Clinical Study of Treating 32 cases Coronary Heart Disease with Tongxinluo Capsule

Objective:To investigate the effect of Tongxinluo Capsule on myocardial ischemia of coronary heart disease.Method: Patients were diagnosed according to criteria of World Health Organization.62 cases were randomly divided into treatment group(32 cases) and control group(30 cases).Routine western medicine treatment was used in two groups,Tongxinluo Capsule was added in the treatment group with a dose of 4 pills,3 times a day.The therapeutic course was 6 months.Result: The total effective rate in treatment group was 96.83%(31/32),19 cases(58.73%) were obviously effective,12 cases(38.1%) were effective,and 1 case was ineffective.The corresponding cases in control group were 89.29%(27/30),13(43.75%),14(45.54%),3(10.71%).There was obviously difference in two groups.Conclusion: Tongxinluo Capsule has a good effect on treatment myocardial ischemia of coronary heart disease.
