Abstract
Eco-efficiency is one of the important indicators measuring the harmony between economics and ecology. In this paper, factor analysis is applied to make a comprehensive evaluation on the industrial eco-efficiency of various counties in Poyang Lake ecological economic zone, and canonical correlation to analyze the inherent eco-structure relationship between resource efficiency and environmental efficiency. The research shows that the industrial eco-efficiency limits among different ecological zones are not obvious, the industrial eco-efficiency at all levels in the region and the industrial economic development levels do not have a high degree of correlation, and resource efficiency and environmental efficiency have effects on mutual promotion and restriction. In response to the above findings, the paper puts forward that ecological function division and industrial structure distribution must be strengthened, with focusing on the transformation of economic growth pattern to promote the interaction between resource efficiency and eco-efficiency and take the road of new green industries.
