Abstract

By making use of the BCC-DEA and CCR-DEA mode1,this paper conducts an efficiency evaluation analysis of industrial ecology of Poyang Lake Eco-Economic Zone from 2009 to 2010.The results showed that the overall efficiency and scale efficiency of industrial ecology is generally on the high side which shows a rising trend, and the level of industrial ecology of the lake region relative to the non-lake region is higher; The productivity of total factors and technical efficiency shows a downward trend; The efficiency of industrial ecology still have larger space for improvement.Input elements exists a certain degree of relative redundancy, while there is a relative insufficient of desirable output, with a fair amount of redundancy of undesirable output.By suggesting strengthen scientific and technological innovation,Improve the policy of industrial structure, energy conservation, green national accounting and waste recycling to improve the scale efficiency and scale of productivity.
