Abstract
Using liquid culturing method of edible mushroom spawn,we emphasized on analyzing the effects of different temperature conditions on the mycelium growth of Ganoderma lucidum.We contrasted the net weight of Ganoderma lucidum mycelium in different conditions of temperature.The results showed that the order of the effects of different temperature conditions on the mycelium growth of Ganoderma lucidum was 28℃25℃30℃23℃room temperature,and constant temperature was better than variable temperature in the room.
