Abstract

This study aimed to optimize the fermentation condition of Ganoderma lucidum mycelium by studying the effects of carbon sources, nitrogen sources, pH and incubation time on the dry weight of mycelium in G. lucidum fermentation. Results showed that the descending order of the influences on G. lucidum mycelium growth was nitrogen sourcescarbon sourcesincubation timepH. Based on L9(34) orthogonal experiments, the optimal fermentation condition of G. lucidum mycelium was determined as: fermentation medium of 2% corn powder, 0.4% rape seed cake powder, incubation time of 7 d and pH of 7.0. This study provides theoretical reference and experimental basis for the development and utilization of G. lucidum mycelium fermentation industrial production.
