Research on college students' tuition arrears based on the economic perspective

With the effective implementation of the strategy prospering the nation with science and education,the higher education in China is entering the stage of popular education.However,the issue of college students' tuition arrears has become a widespread phenomenon in the colleges and universities,which has seriously affected the normal school education.We attempt to analyze this issue from the economic perspective,believing that the tuition arrear problem is closely related with the external social content in that such factors as the government grant measures,college administration system and the students' credit morality should be blamed in bringing about the phenomenon.This problem can not be fundamentally solved until we have perfected correlative systems.
