Abstract

With the reform of enrollment and tuition, college students' arrears of tuition have become increasingly conspicuous. This adds to the colleges' burden, makes colleges more economically difficult, and consequently, will affect the construction and development of the colleges. Thus, we should attach great importance to the issue and take effective measures.
