The therapeutic efficacy of Yan-hua Capsules suppository in the pregnancy women with candida vaginitis

Objective:To explore the best treatment of candida vaginitis in pregnancy. Methods:180 cases were randomly divided into three groups,Yan-hua Capsules suppository group,Nystatin group and Soda water vaginal ecouvillon group,the therapeutic efficacy was observed. Results:The effective rate was 95.00% for Yan-hua capsule suppository(57 cases),83.33% for Nystatin group (50cases),53.33% for Soda water vaginal ecouvillon group (32 cases). There were significantly different in the three groups (P0.05),and the efficacy of Yan-hua Capsules suppository was the best. Conclusion:Yan-hua Capsules suppository has significant efficacy without side effect. This treatment is more acceptable for gravida and easy to operate and it needs less time to recover. It's an ideal way for treating candida vaginitis.
