Effect observation of propofol combined with butorphanol tartrate in analgesia induced abortion

Abstract
Objective To observe the effect of propofol combined with butorphanol tartrate in analgesia induced abortion. Methods 200 cases pregnant woman receiving analgesia induced abortion were divided into observation group and control group,each of 100 cases.Control group received anesthesia of propofol,and observation group received anesthesia of propofol combined with butorphanol tartrate.The anesthetic effect and adverse reaction of 2 groups were observed. Results The amnethetic excellent rate of observation group(98.00%) was higher than that of control group(89.0%),the difference was statistically significant(P0.05);The propofol usage amount of observation group was less than that of control group,time of consciousness and directive force recover of observation group were shorter than those of control group,the adverse reaction incidence rate of observation group were lower than those of control group,the difference were statistically significant(P0.05). Conclusion The effect of propofol combined with butorphanol tartrate in analgesia induced abortion is significant,safe,and worth of clinical application.
