Abstract
Catalytic wet oxidation technology was used to treat with high concentration organic wastewater when trichloro pyridinol sodium(TPS) was produced. The experimental results indicated that the catalyst of CuO-Co3O4-CeO2/TiO2-ZrO2 had a higher activity while handling TPS wastewater. The process conditions such as reaction temperature, pressure of O2,pH of wastewater and catalyst amount were measured experimentally and the result showed that CODCr removal rate could obtain 97.2% under the optimal reaction conditions of reaction temperature 230 ℃,oxygen partial pressure 2.0 MPa,pH of wastewater 6.0,catalyst amount 8 g/L,and reaction time 80 min.
