Abstract
In the paper,it presents the characteristic,the transmission agreement,the file format,and the distance education system of the Streaming Media technology based on the Windows Media.The application of the Streaming Media technology in the network education enriches the teaching content and the exhibiting form,and provides the powerful energy for the network education.
