Analysis on the Knowledge Transfer Model in Library and Its Influencing Factors

Abstract

Knowledge transfer is an important way for a library to innovate,develop and enhance its core competence.Based on the analysis of typical models of knowledge transfer in foreign countries,knowledge transfer model for libraries in our country is constructed,and then some influencing factors are analyzed.Finally measures are suggested for the promotion of knowledge transfer in our libraries.
