Segmental Bladder Acupuncture Treatment by Pai Nerve Root Type of Cervical Spondylotic Clinical Observation

Objective:Through observe the clinical efficacy by respectively taking the back row Acupuncture treatment of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy and conventional acupuncture treatment,to improve the clinical efficacy for the purpose of the preferred methods for the treatment of clinical basis.Methods:60 patients with the nerve root type cervical spondylosis were chosen averagely as two groups,the conventional acupuncture treatment by Pai gill group(treatment group) and conventional acupuncture treatment group(control group),the efficacy before and after treatment the clinical symptoms、signs Change were observed between the two groups.Results:1.Two groups of clinical efficacy: The total effective rate was 100% in the control group the total effective rate 90%,compared the two groups have significant difference(P0.05),clinical efficacy of the treatment group than the control group.2.the clinical symptom score before and after treatment: treatment group and control group before and after treatment symptom score difference was significant difference(P0.05),note the treatment group on the improvement of symptoms than the control group.Conclusion:With reasonable,pratical,clinical and better feasibility,the back row Acupuncture treatment of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy has a significant clinical effect.
