Strategic Research of Urban Corridor in Economic Belt of South Shandong Province

The planning of is an important development strategy and spatial layout for regional development.It is sufficiently significant to speed up development of the south Shandong province in case that the implementation of the economic belt planning should be rational and efficient.Therefore,planning and construction of corridor,indubitably,is not only an objective choice but a crucial measure to realize the economic belt development.Actually,this urban corridor adopts the cluster development,forming one city as development core,five agglomerations of small and medium-sized cities and six economic growth belts of small cities.The smooth progress of the construction needs to optimize the industrial structure and spatial structure of regional development,improve regional industrial level and nurture the core growth,especially establishing urban corridor of Yanzhou-Qufu-Zhoucheng-Tengzhou-Weishan-Xuecheng-Zaozhuang Downtown-Yicheng District-Tai'erzhuang in five or ten years.Meanwhile,it is important to construct the longitudinal traffic trunk lines and establish regional joint development and interaction mechanism to ensure the development and revitalization of the city corridor.
