Abstract
Objective To explore the characters of the Transcranial Doppler(TCD) of cerebral infarction in acute stage. Methods Eighty-eight patients in the acute stage of cerebral infarction were selected and examined by TCD.The results were analyzed. Results TCD's frequency spectrogram changed in 79 cases(89.77%),blood flow rate for corresponding infarction increased in 19 cases(21.59%),frequency spectrum decreased or disappeared in 64 cases(72.73%),and pulsatility index raised up in term of cerebral infarction in acute stage in 51 cases(57.95%).Conclusion TCD can detect the abnormality of hemodynamics for cerebral infarction in acute stage, which can reflex the function of the arteries and provides more dependable evidence for the diagnosis of cerebral infarction.
