On the Farewell Poems in Prosperous Period of Tang Dynasty

Farewell Poetry has a long history,and developed prosperously in thriving period of Tang Dynasty.During this period there were various styles of farewell poems appearing like the frontier fortress,the wandering,and the official circle.Farewell poems of the frontier fortress expressed the foretaste of death,and also represented the complicated psychological state of frontier fortress poets' desire to make achievements.Wandering farewell poems mainly described the unwilling department,meanwhile,presented the love of wandering poets for the beautiful landscape of our country.Official farewell poems described the pleasant farewell,and expressed the feeling of encouraging friends to serve for the country and people on an important occasion to see them off.With the increase of farewell poem creation,its communicative function was enhanced continuously.On the special occasion of Yan Ji Zu Song,creative regulations were formed,which offered advantageous conditions for the modularization of farewell poems in the middle and late periods of Tang Dynasty.
