Abstract
Objective To investigate relevant factor about postoperative rebleeding of hypertensive hemorrhage. Methods Retrospective analysis of database of 232 patients undergoing craniotomy for hypertensive basal ganglia hemorrhage. Results Rebleeding occurred in 33 patients after operation,232 patients with a mean followed-up of 6 months were evaluated with use of the activities of daily living scale, the result was as follows,Class Ⅰ: 35 cases( 15. 1%),Class Ⅱ: 74 cases( 31. 9%),Class Ⅲ: 40cases( 17. 2%),Class Ⅳ: 47 cases( 20. 3%),ClassⅤ: 8 cases( 3. 4%),death: 28 cases( 12. 1%). Conclusion It might have important significance for suitable surgical approach to take precautions against rebleeding, although postoperative rebleeding could be affect by various factor.
