Study on development and exploitation of small-sized hydropower station

Hydropower resources are being used all over the world for their outstanding superiority.There are abundant hydropower resources in our country,especially small hydropower resources spreading over every province.It is important for us to utilize the renewable hydropower resources in rural regions.This paper discusses the exploitation of small hydropower from theories and methods,and the authors probe into the current problems and suggestions on how to solve them.
