Social Gender History and Woman History:Paradigm Development and Debate

Social gender history and woman history get the inspiration of social gender theory.Two paradigms have complex relationships.Women's history come through four phases including victim history,hero history,separation sphere and diversity,which evolves to social gender history.But both of them are different from the understanding of concept,theory and method,politics aim and study area.The study of gender history can not only open up the vision of theory,develop the field of history,find new historical material and bring forward new ideas,but also reconstruct the traditional history because of its character of opening.That is to say,gender history will have an equal dialogue with traditional political history,intellectual history,economical history,cultural history,social history and diplomatic history.
