Abstract
The concept “ project management was introduced to China in the earl y 80s. By now it has been widely practiced in all trades of society. Especially in the building construction enterprises “ project management is more regarde d as their base and nucleus parts in their management. However, project managemen t in broad sense is greatly different from that of building construction enterpr ises in characteristics, tasks, contents, ranges and corpuses. All the construct ion personnel should deeply and precisely know about it.
