Exploring the construction project theory toward governance

In contrast with corporation,construction has its unique characters,this can be seen from the difference between corporate management and project management.Construction project is a kind of technology activity,at the same time,it is a kind of economic phenomena.Nowadays,we have got some preliminary research on the economic activities of construction project.In this paper,exceeding project management,construction project is seen as economic activity.We applied corporate governance theory to the research field and combine the characters of the construction project,exploring the theory of construction project governance.
