Abstract

[Objective]To investigate the infection rate of HIV positive among tuberculosis cases in Guizhou province.[Methods]New registered tuberculosis cases were done HIV screening test at county level,HIV positive cases were done confirm test at provincial level.[Results]70 HIV positive were confirmed among 41 453 tuberculosis cases from 2006 to 2008,infection rate of HIV positive were 0.17%.HIV positive cases in Anshun,Bijie,Guiyang accounted for 68.6% in Guizhou province.[Conclusion]The infection rate of HIV positive among tuberculosis cases is higher than the level during 1995-1997.
