Abstract
Based on the theory of industry cluster, the phenomena and characters of construction industry cluster are analyzed, and the cluster effect is expatiated. This paper brings forward taking industry cluster as a new path to de- velop construction industry and discusses the two routes, problems that should be noticed and some advice.
