Study on Type and Mode of Construction Industry Cluster

Based on the phenomenon of construction industry cluster at present,the paper studies the types and modes of construction industry cluster.According to characters of industry,the clusters falls into four types: construction,design,decoration and assembly.And this paper discusses and compares all types.Based on the forming reason the clusters are classified into two models: market spontaneous and government dominant,this paper analyzes the forming mechanism of two models.Finally,brings up the policy advices to develop construction industry cluster.
