On the Conception of Forming Right

Abstract
The forming right is the right whose legal relation can be changed only by the action of one side.This conception is produced under the background while Germany divides the systems of the new right classification,the entity law and procedural law,which has close relation with begging right and control right.The conception of the forming right has important meaning with regard to civil right system,civil law design,and legal theory.
