Research on the Relationship between Right of Civil Claim and Right of Civil Action

From the historical development of right of claim and the generating process of right of action,it can be seen that both of the two experienced a process from uniformity to separation.At the present time,right of claim has become purely private right,while right of action has become purely public power.The mechanism of realization of civil rights shows that realizing civil rights includes a process from basic right to right of claim and then to right of action.
