Abstract

Steel gratings shearing machine is one of the main machines to produce steel gratings.The research and development of steel gratings shearing machine is an innovative design,on the basis of the shearing force measured in the laboratory and mechanical calculation,with the theories of lateral shearing, stage shearing and automatic gap elimination to solve key problems,such as tool design,hydraulic system design,gap elimination, up-down frame design,automatic location system design etc.Its main features are high efficiency and energy saving.
