Abstract
In order to improve the shearing efficiency of cup-type lead, the numerical controlled shearing machine has been designed. The structure and shearing process of the mechanical part were introduced, and the design formula of the electric control was put forward in detail. At the same time, the management pattern of collecting and distributing was showed. The actual application of the machine indicated that it can raise the shearing efficiency and the management level than before.
