Abstract
Objective To Study antitumor activity of artemisinin brewed liquid. Methods Using tetramethyl azo azole salt method to determine the artemisinin brewed liquid inhibition activity on human lung cancer A549,MDA231 cells, colon cancer SW620,LOVO cells, AGS gastric carcinoma cells and Hep 2 cells of liver cancer. Results Artemisinin brewed liquid has certain anti-tumor activity to six tumor cell lines. Conclusion Artemisinin brewed liquid has certain anti-tumor activity on human lung cancer A549,MDA231 cells, colon cancer SW620,LOVO cells,AGS gastric carcinoma cells and Hep 2 cells in vitro.
