Initial Smptom were out of the Lung:a Clinical Analysis of 32 Cases of Lung Cancer

Objective To study the condition and causes of misdiagnose in 32 lung cancer patients whose initial symptom were out of the lung.Methods The clinical data of lung cancer patients confirmed by pathology or cytology in our hospital in the last 10 years were analyzed retrospectively.Results All of 32 cases of the lung cancer patients whose initial symptom were out of the lung were misdiagnosed.Conclusions It was an important measure to improve the knowledge of lung cancer and the alert to lung cancer in order to decrease the misdiagnosis rate.
