Abstract

Objective: To study the diagnosing value of atypical lung cancer.Method: Lung cancers of 49 cases proved by pathology and puncture were retrospectively analysed.Result: Of 49 patients,31 cases(63.3%)were diagnosed definitely in the begining,4 cases(8.1%)were failed to find,5cases(11.9%)were followed up to make a definite diagnosis,9 cases(16.7%)were misdiagnosed.Conclusion: Atypical lung cancer is difficult to diagnose,however,it can be definely diagnosed if realizing some signs of atypical lung cancers.
